What do candidates see from their side?

How candidates match with, like, and interact with your job roles

Matching

When a candidate logs on to Candid from their side, they see a dashboard much like you do on the company side, but with a few differences. Most notably, the "New Roles for You" section, as you can see in the screenshot below.

Candidates receive an email to let them know when they have been matched with a new potential role. They then log in and can review the new match. You can see what that looks like below:

Once matched, a room is automatically opened so that the candidate can chat anonymously with the hiring company. This page also looks a little different to what is shown on the company side. Here you will see elements that you entered when creating your company profile.
